Thank you for coming to my website. I am excited to share my background and values with you.
I believe that inclusive, transparent, and effective leadership strengthens our community. Engaged citizens hold the government accountable and drive meaningful change. Strong networks create opportunities for participation, advocate for fair representation, and inspire the next generation to take action.
My goal is to be a positive force in the community because through community building anything is possible. Growing up in strong communities with outstanding leaders inspired me to follow in their footsteps.
My career goal is to increase the capacity of the government to serve the public fairly and efficiently.
I currently serve as the Public Information Officer for the Monroe County Board of Elections. My job includes serving as the primary point of contact for staff, candidates, and constituents in the Democratic Commissioner’s office.
I also serve as President of Monroe County Young Democrats. MCYD does not endorse or support primary campaigns. We are a group for young professionals interested in Democratic politics, we offer a place to meet and learn how to get involved in the local Democratic communities. Growing up I learned early that community and service are at the heart of a meaningful life. Immersed in a vibrant Jewish culture and guided by a family that celebrated connection, I discovered that every shared experience holds the power to uplift and transform.
At Genesee Community Charter School and the School of the Arts, hands-on projects, creative collaborations, and genuine teamwork sparked a passion for learning that reached far beyond the classroom, laying the groundwork for my deep commitment to civic engagement and education.
Those experiences motivated me to seek leadership roles, where I continually strive to organize effectively, listen actively, and empower others. Whether exploring the Genesee River on school field trips or diving into creative projects, each moment has reinforced my belief in the importance of an informed, active community as a foundation for positive change.
